    Unlimited Plan Benefits: Thomas Car Wash’s Unlimited Wash Plan provides unlimited car washes charged monthly. Thomas Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change unlimited plans, pricing, or any subscription from time to time as it deems necessary, with appropriate notice given. Unlimited plans can be used at any Thomas Car Wash Express location. Unlimited plans include only the services in the plan that you purchase. Thomas Car Wash will not be held responsible in cases where the car wash is closed for whatever reason. Reasons may include but are not limited to the time of day, weather, holiday, or equipment malfunction/renovation. Thomas Car Wash Unlimited Plan subscribers benefit by having access to onsite vacuums and prep stations at the express car wash locations.  Only the vehicle listed on this subscription is eligible for the program and must have Thomas Car Wash’s RFID FastPass tag affixed to the vehicle. Unlimited Plans may not be exchanged or swapped between vehicles unless a new vehicle is purchased. Any attempt to remove the tag will destroy the tag, preventing it from operating. Members must notify Thomas Car Wash of any change in vehicle ownership.

    Eligibility: Only vehicles that are able to fit into our tunnel are eligible for Unlimited plans. Please contact us directly for Fleet accounts and corporate billing accounts if needed. Large personal vehicles that exceed the vehicle size restrictions for our car wash are not eligible for Unlimited Plans. Subscribers agree to observe all signage including instructional and disclaimers referring to aftermarket and loose vehicle parts.

    Changes to Subscription: Unlimited plans must be canceled at a Thomas Car Wash location or over the phone. Subscribers canceling an Unlimited Plan agree that Unlimited Plan benefits are terminated at the time of cancellation.

    Tag Installation and Removal: Unlimited Plan RFID FastPass tag will be installed by a member of Thomas Car Wash staff. The tag will be placed inside the vehicle’s front windshield. Should I ever decide to cancel my plan, the RFID FastPass tag will automatically be used to identify your vehicle for loyalty promotions and discounts.

  • How do I purchase a plan?

    Click the "Activate Today" button above and it will bring you to the page to purchase your membership.

  • How does it work?

    Once you have activated a plan, we will need to put a tag on your lower front windshield. 


    Once you have this tag, you will pull up to any Express location, in any lane, and our gate will read your tag and send you on your way!


    Your gate will automatically open once it's your turn to move forward. If you're not sure if it read your tag, be sure to look at our paystation screen and make sure there is a "Please Wait" or "Please pull forward" screen showing. 

  • Where can I use my membership?

    You can use your unlimited wash plan at any Thomas Car Wash location. Specfically:

    -2190 S. Hurstbourne Parkway

    -6511 Preston Highway

    -4139 Bardstown Road

    -5321 Preston Highway

  • Is this an automatic charge to my credit card?

    Yes! Think of this as Netflix for carwashes. Put a card on file, it's charged once every 30 days, you can cancel anytime you like. 


    You will see this charge every 30 days on your statement unless you decide to cancel. You can cancel anytime, either in person or over the phone.

  • What if I have multiple vehicles?

    We can enroll you in a family plan! One car pays full price and each additional vehicle is added for 50% off. 


    All vehicles receive the same wash and you are charged once a month for all enrolled vehicles.

  • What if I want to cancel?

    Cancel at any time! Just come into a Thomas car wash location in person or give us a ring and we can cancel your plan that day.

  • What if I want to change plans?

    You can upgrade or change your plan at any time! 


    Just come in and let us know which plan you would like to switch to. You will be reimbursed or charged for the difference and your membership plan will continue at the new wash level of your choice.

  • I got a new car, what do I do?

    Visit your local Thomas Car Wash and let a friendly wash attendant know that you currently have a membership, but you have a new vehicle and need to update your vehicle information. 


    They will take care of everything for you and put a brand new sticker on your windshield.

  • What happens if I want to change my credit card?

    That's not a problem! If you want to change the card on your unlimited wash, just bring it in or give us a call & we will update the credit card on file for you.

  • Do I need to renew my plan every month?

    Nope! We try to make your wash membership as easy as possible. We only need to hear from you if you want to change your wash plan, if you want to change your credit card, if you want to add another car to your unlimited wash plan, or if you want to cancel. 


    Otherwise, we hope to see you at the wash as much as possible and taking advantage of your unlimited washes. 

  • Can I use this membership on more than one vehicle?

    Unfortunately not, each membership is tied to a certain vehicle. Please activate a family plan for multiple vehicles.
