FAMILY PLANS

No need to fight about which car gets the car wash membership, just sign up for the Family Plan and keep all the family cars clean! When you upgrade your unlimited wash membership to our Family Plan, one car pays full price, and each additional vehicle is 50% off. All vehicles receive the same wash, and you are charged once a month for all vehicles in your family plan. Then all cleanest cars in the neighborhood will be parked right at your home!

WHAT IS IT?

Our Family Plan is a monthly wash subscription for homes and families that have multiple vehicles who want to use the Express Wash regularly. Pay once a month and have all your cars wash unlimited - the primary vehicle at regular price and every additional vehicle is 50% off.


HOW DOES IT WORK?

With our Family Plan, one monthly payment will cover all vehicles. The first car pays full price for the unlimited wash plan of their choice and each additional vehicle is 50% off the normal unlimited wash membership price. All cars receive a sticker to put on the windshield and all vehicles get the same wash.


HOW TO ENROLL?

To enroll, just come in to any of our Express locations, bring the credit/debit card we have on file for your primary vehicle, and then we can add and activate family vehicles. If you drove the new vehicle to sign-up, we can put the sticker on right then and there. If not, bring the new vehicles in for a wash to activate.

MULTI-CAR DISCOUNTS

 All washes include unlimited use of our self-serve vacuums. We require a card on file for billing and one payment covers all vehicles on the plan. Multiple cards cannot be used for each car on the family plan, and family members have to either have the same address on their Driver's License and/or have the same last name. Charges will occur every 30 days from the day of purchase. You can cancel at any time, just come in, in person or call any Thomas Car Wash location to change or cancel your family plan.

  • How do I enroll in a family a plan?

    Stop on by in person at any of our Express locations to activate a Family Plan. Please bring the credit/debit card we have on file for the primary car.

  • How does it work?

    Once you have activated a plan, we will need to put a tag on your lower front windshield. 


    Once you have this tag, you will pull up to any Express location, in any lane, and our gate will read your tag and send you on your way!


    Your gate will automatically open once it's your turn to move forward. If you're not sure if it read your tag, be sure to look at our paystation screen and make sure there is a "Please Wait" or "Please pull forward" screen showing. 

  • What if I want to enroll my other vehicles later?

    Bring the car we have on file when you want to enroll your additional vehicles so we can link your plan to the correct primary account. You will be billed on the anniversary date of the first vehicle.

  • Is this an automatic charge to my credit card?

    Yes! Think of this as Netflix for carwashes. Put a card on file, it's charged once every 30 days, you can cancel anytime you like. 


    You will see this charge every 30 days on your statement unless you decide to cancel. You can cancel anytime, either in person or over the phone.

  • What if I want to cancel?

    Cancel at any time! Just come into a Thomas car wash location in person or give us a ring and we can cancel your plan that day.

  • What if I want to change plans?

    You can upgrade or change your plan at any time! Just come in and let us know which plan you would like to switch to. You will be reimbursed or charged for the difference and your membership plan will continue at the new wash level of your choice.

  • I got a new car, or want to remove/change a vehicle? What do I do?

    No problem! Just call or come in and visit your local Thomas Car Wash and let a friendly wash attendant know that you currently have a membership, but you have a new vehicle or need to remove a vehicle and then we can update your vehicle information. 

  • Is this an automatic charge to my credit card?

    Yes! You will see a charge every 30 days from the day you purchase, unless you call/come in and cancel in person.

  • Do I need to renew my plan every month?

    Nope! We try to make your wash membership as easy as possible. We only need to hear from you if you want to change your wash plan, if you want to change your credit card, if you want to add another car to your unlimited wash plan, or if you want to cancel. 


    Otherwise, we hope to see you at the wash as much as possible and taking advantage of your unlimited washes. 

  • How am I billed?

    One monthly payment covers all the vehicles on your plan. The car will show up on file. We do require all vehciles to be charged on the same card and have to live at the same address and/or same last name.
